Its pretty nice here. All the neighbors are friendly. It is a mixture of ethnicites. They cut grass three times a month and pest control comes by as well. They power wash the apartments. Its quite at night and on the weekends you here all the children playing. My suggestion is they redo the parking lot and parking spaces. It does not look advertising because the road before the complex is messed up. First impressions are everything! Its also pretty safe and there is a cop that lives out here too which is a plus!
The office staff isn't great. No one knows what they are doing.
