Kenneth is obviously mentally deficient. Because at a rate of 6$ "PER HOUR", 2.5 hours would be....??? Be thankful you didn't have to pay the day rate which is probably around...wait for it.......$15 an hour.
This is a lovely area for people who like the hustle and bustle of downtown Philadelphia
This place practices deceptive advertising. There's a big sign at the entrance that says "Early Bird in by 10AM, $6" The sign doesn't say that this doesn't apply on weekends, so I pulled in there on a Sunday only because of that stated rate. When it was time to pay, though, the attendant informed me that the charge was $15 for just 2.5 hours. This place should have their business license revoked. They're cheating their customers.
