Recommendedliving here is like living at a resort spa. the staff is so friendly and knows you by name and takes a genuine interest in you. it's a really well-run place.
Moved in about 2 weeks ago, I have had a great experience throughout the application and move in process and the ladies in the office have been so sweet and helpful and made living here an easy choice. Maintenance has also been extremely helpful, always very responsive and dedicated. My kids and I love living here so far!
We spent two years at Abbotts Creek and had a wonderful experience. From front office to the maintenance workers everyone was very sweet and helpful.
We are going on 8 years here. IF I owned the place, there would be no pets. Pets OK if owners cleaned up outside from them. I takes 1 bad apple to make me feel this way. I am sure MOST do. Other than that no issues to be concerned with yet. I shouldnt be charged garbage removal. I take mine to the compacter myself always and NEVER used the valet service. I should be reimbersed for all the time the service was in effect and I never used it at all.
Love living here! The staff are always extremely nice, and the maintenance guys are top notch professionals. Love coming home to a great atmosphere, couldn’t ask for more.

Stuck up office staff who won't go out of their way for anything. I've lived in other complexes who went above and beyond AND costed much less. If you charge high end pricing, I expect high end service. Get it together Abbotts Creek.
So far I have had excellent experience with staff and taking care of any issues. They keep everything looking neat. I called in yesterday evening and my issue was resolved this morning. Maintenance staff friendly and goes over and beyond to fix problems and ask if everything is ok. I do have some overhead noise but nothing extreme. I love the location. They are always having socials at the clubhouse. Very friendly environment.
