AVOID! I would recommend avoiding this management company at all costs. I have never encountered a business that is run so poorly with dishonest, unprofessional, rude and incompetent people working there. After renting me an apartment that was completely infested with roaches, they retained a bunch of money from my security deposit after I moved out early and cited "cleaning the inside of the washing machine" and "vacuuming" a place that did not have any carpeting when I left it cleaner than it was the day I moved in. Coming from someone who works in property management, this is an extremely unprofessional company. I made an appointment to see an apartment last summer and was told the day before that I would need to call Mark an hour before to confirm. I told them I would be there unless I told them otherwise. Turns out it was Mark who was late to the showing. The current tenant (who worked for Mark) as well as Mark reiterated that the rent price could be negotiated. For anyone looking to rent an apartment near Temple's campus you can't beat the service you will receive from this company. My daughter is currently renting a unit on 17th street and I have been very happy with this company from the day we signed the lease. They will respond to all requests in a timely manner and are always professional. We rented with Mark Gamba from A n S for 2 years. We found them prompt with concerns and reasonable in their requests. Specifically Mark always returned my messages within a day or two and addressed our issues quickly. They did not push to raise our rent when the lease turned over and all advertisements about the property were accurate. I would recommend their management company to anyone.

Abbolone & Scullin Realty does BAD business. I looked at a house in South Philly with realtor Mark Gamba. Liking the property, I expressed my interest and he led me to believe that it was a done deal. I turned in everything requested, followed-up and two days before move-in his secretary calls to say that 'other applicants' have already submitted a deposit. When I signed my lease I was going through the Real Estate company called Volpe then in January my property got switched over to Abbolone and Scullin. I can honestly say this was such a great switch! I am pretty good at getting everything in on time but there has been an occasion that I was late. I called them and admitted to fault and its was not a problem.
