Told my mom her wrist wasn’t broken, with no follow-up at all. We were also told there would be a 4-month wait for an ultrasound. She remained in pain the entire time, and we had to advocate for further testing ourselves elsewhere—only to find out she actually had two fractures that were completely missed. This resulted in delayed care and unnecessary suffering. Very frustrating experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Bad experience
We’ve had a great experience with this clinic. The staff is always professional, kind, and helpful, and they truly care about their patients. A special thank you to Dr. George Iskander — he is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, patient, and approachable. He takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, which makes a big difference. Really grateful to the entire team for their support.
I had been experiencing vertigo for a week straight with no relief. Dr. Iskander was very fast and efficient in diagnosing the issue and answered any questions that I had regarding what he was prescribing and what the issue was. Very appreciative!
