I wet there to get an exam i waited two and half hours ! they offered me a free cleaning i said kool then i waited another half hour ! When i got in there the hygienist said i should get my exam some where else at least a second opinion ? i ask why she said she the place was under investigation for fraud and she was looking for a new job ! that's the short version she talked threw the whole cleaning ! wow i wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy ! well Maybe lol Tom Smith

Arrived at Abbey Dental one half hour prior to my appointment. They had seats for about twenty people and still it was standing room only for the additional people waiting to be seen. When they took me back they took a series of X-rays and sent me back to the waiting room. When they finally called me back to see a doctor I had already been there for a hour. They wanted me to sign a paper saying all my questions had been answered even before I talked to anyone!! This was my first time at an endodontist and I had lots of questions. I was told they wouldn't treat me unless I signed and then the girl told me I seemed upset so they refused to treat me. Of course I was upset but I wasn't getting mean or nasty or even raising my voice. I was in pain and so angry I grabbed my papers and walked out. I will never return here. I have my insurance send me somewhere else.
