RecommendedComing from hotels, I wasn't sure what to expect with a CCRC. I have been blown away by The Waterford! The residences are gorgeous and spacious. The residents are all buzzing about the campus on their way to have a nice meal, volunteer or join an activity. The team members are fabulous! Both residents and team members are delighted to see each other each day and truly take pride in caring for one another. It's a great place!

They take advantage of the elderly. They are supposed to have a 5 star facility. Serving food to the people because of the lockdown out of the same truck that they pick up trash in. People have complained that they don't get the service they pay for. I know this because I worked there. Brought to their attention that a resident didn't have the home health care she needed and hadn't had a bath in over a week. Was told that's not my business and to not worry about it. Today I lost my job because of that!
