Just purchased with them. Juan and Mike were extremely helpful throughout our process. They were very knowledgeable about VA loans and made buying a home with them a no brainer.
Going on our 3rd year, very small 4bedroom home. Purchased it brand new, now the plumbing and electrical is needing repairs and replacing. The building materials are cheap and falling apart. Very poor quality.
Overpriced homes with tiny kitchens and essentially no yards. Their 4 bedrooms are 1842 sq ft but the layout is awful. There's really no space to raise a family in these homes. Only plus side is they would be good rentals; even if they get trashed the repairs would be insignificant since the expensive spaces are so small.
