They lied on the End of service letter. I complained over an over bout the females they sent to clean and decided to choose to end service. I then get letter stating no clinical eligibility. Now they forgot that to have even started to receive the service i had to go thru a process and wait to either get approved or denied and i was approved which shows i had a clinical eligibility.
