Kristi is the best realtor ever! She helped me find the house and got me a REALLY good deal. Excellent negotiator and a straight shooter. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling. Her knowledge of the property market and all the players is unsurpassed.
DO NOT RENT with these people , Kristi is unprofessional and rude. I’ve been living in this community longer than she has done business here and ever since she has came she has been nothing but a nightmare ! No compassion or empathy for the current residents please save yourself the stress and rent anywhere else.
The woman who runs this property, Kristi, has zero professional skills and ignores requests, emails, calls. Also, No one ever picked up a phone call once when I rented. Honestly, RUN if you see a place that has them listed as the property management company. Extremely lazy staff. You would waste your time trying to get them to answer any request or email. Probably some sort of a scam company.
Kristi and her team are incredible people. They respond quickly and they are always willing to help. I never was made to feel like a nuisance with all my questions. The properties they manage are high quality and the entire process of renting was easier than any other rental agency I've worked with. Highly recommend Abare!
Flabbergast at the response to one's work order! Placed an order to have the ac inspected (stopped working the previous night) around 7 am this morning. HVAC personnel showed up by 9am, and got the unit functioning in a matter of minutes. Now that's professional service!!
