Tom from Abalene plumbing and heating came to fix some issues with my heater and boiler that could potentially cause serious issues. He was very diligent knowledgeable professional and patient. He was very transparent about the charges and very easy to work with. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. After my experience with Abalene today, I felt compelled to write this review. We have previously used their services but today’s emergency confirmed the following. The prompt response to an emergency call came within minutes. Nick stayed on the phone, listened to the problem completely instructing me what to do to lessen the leaking boiler and arrived within the hour. On a cold snowy day, the team came over early in the AM and expertly replaced a 40yr old boiler with a new System 2000 before it even got dark! Upgraded all the plumbing in there too—it looks and works great. Thanks!

I booked an appointment a week in advance for Matt to come give me an estimate on some heating improvements (new zone, combination water heater and gas burner instead of oil). He had given me an estimate before on a lesser job, but this was for the larger one I'm ready to do. And, I have issues with both heat and hot water not working ideally, which wasn't an issue when Matt first came. I’ve used Abalene for at least 4 to 5 times and every time they resolve the issue at hand with no further issues. All of their employees are knowledgeable, professional and reliable.
