I love this complex, and so does my dog! We have a dog park that he can run around in, we can easily walk to Little Darling next door, and everyone we’ve encountered has been super friendly. I’ve only had one maintenance issue that was promptly taken care of by the nice staff, and I’ve never had to worry about a package delivery. I’ve lived in Austin 12 years and this is easily one of my favorites!
I have lived here for a several years and it’s the best apartment I have ever lived at. Management is very personable. There was a change in management about a year ago, and I was worried but nothing has changed. The maintenance guy Stephen is fantastic. This is a great place to live for dogs, newly renovated dog park and some units have private yards. I love that I also have an attached garage. Plenty of space and great apartments amenities.
We’ve lived here for 8 years with two different company ownerships and this current one, Marquis is amazing. The staff, particularly maintenance, is outstanding! We love it here!
Great apartments! The location is super convenient, just five minutes to H-E-B and walking distance to bars and great food spots. Stephen does an amazing job and really takes care of the place. Highly recommend.
Lived here for 3 years. Great neighbors, awesome community. Steven, the head of maintenance, would be over in a moments notice to help residents out. I’ll miss y’all!
