I have lived here for a little over a year now. The community is always clean and has the best curb appeal compared to others around. There is security that comes through the parking lot at night. The new lights make it very bright in the parking lot for safety. I feel very safe here.
Management, Joseph as well as Brianna was on top of any issues , very helpful. Steven was a great maintenance guy he was there at any time of the day if we needed help, such a great person!
Management is super friendly and helpful. Any issues that occur get addressed immediately. Maintenance is on top of everything all the time, you never have wait long for a repair. Property is well maintained and pretty.
I love this complex, and so does my dog! We have a dog park that he can run around in, we can easily walk to Little Darling next door, and everyone we’ve encountered has been super friendly. I’ve only had one maintenance issue that was promptly taken care of by the nice staff, and I’ve never had to worry about a package delivery. I’ve lived in Austin 12 years and this is easily one of my favorites!
