I’ve lived here for about 8/9 months so far and I love the amenities. All of the staff members have been friendly and very efficient when putting in any work orders. Amazing spot, worth the price you pay for. I’ll be at this spot all summer!!
Management is super friendly and helpful. Any issues that occur get addressed immediately. Maintenance is on top of everything all the time, you never have wait long for a repair. Property is well maintained and pretty. 2 years in and still feel this way even after a management changeover! They’ve only gotten better with time.
I have had a great experience living here. Everything is well kept and maintained. They complete any work orders in a sufficient amount of time and are very helpful. I had no problems so far and have enjoyed my time.
The ceilings are made out of paper (I guess when they remove the carpet, they didn’t think all the way through about it, because they also removed the sound insulation) every single step upstairs sounds like it’s made by a giant, and all the walls vibrate. It’s stupid complaining to the office because the only thing they do is ask for recordings (how things sound at 2am, are not the same as a recording. Moving into Marquis SoCo in mid May has honestly been such a great experience so far. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and really well maintained. The apartments feel modern and spacious, and the amenities have been amazing too. Rocio in the leasing office has also been such a huge help throughout the move-in process and has been extremely kind and helpful with everything. She really made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy and welcoming.
