I am so hurt, disappointed and most of all angry. My dad was hospitalized January 16, 2024 because of the negligence of his home health aide (Phillip Timbu). Phillip left my dad alone outside unattended in the cold and snow. Dad is 89 yrs old, has a paralyzed left arm and walks on a cane. I opened my front door and found dad outside on the ground surrounding by snow. Dad is now in the hospital (ICU) fighting for his life with several injuries and a broken neck.
