After telling them I did NOT want to apply with them if they had back billing they told me over and over they didn’t. They said they wanted to check my insurance coverage but I had already spoke with my insurance which said they weren’t covered. They took it upon themselves to ask for a one time exception and I got the letter from my insurance they approved it. I get their paperwork and I find out they do have back billing. I was a recent employee terminated last night without an explanation via text message from Dr Albert after being there less than a month. This company is unprofessional, outdated, and unorganized. I was hired there in January 2025. Learning that I was the 3rd receptionist from October 2024, to now speaks for itself. This place is a disgrace to mental health facilities. The level of unprofessional is alarming. The Receptionist and Dr. U were the only silver linings. The Receptionist was attentive and professional. Dr. U was a good Psychiatrist. Mrs.Sophia is very unprofessional and I remember she gave me bad advice and only cares about making money.
