10/10 Everyone works very well with my child.
Received an appointment cancellation 3 days before my child’s appointment due to them no longer accepting my insurance! No remorse, no alternatives, nothing!
RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN. This company cancelled my child’s Autism evaluation the DAY BEFORE his appointment and refuses to honor the appointment because they no longer use Optimum. This extremely unprofessional and has delayed me from getting my child help and setting his appointment with a reliable doctor and delaying him to start school!!
Things have been going great with my BCBA provider. I truly feel I’m getting the support I deserve, and the level of care has exceeded my expectations. I also feel supported within the company overall and am very satisfied in my position. Highly recommend!
