Tasteless lobster bisque, overcooked lobster, rude hostesses, and mediocre waitstaff – After making a reservation a week in advance and calling to confirm several days before we arrived at the restaurant in time for our 9 pm reservation only to be told they didn't have our reservation and the wait for a table was more than an hour. expensive, but excellent food. – the prices were somewhat unreasonable, but the food was definately good. i recommend going there between 4 and 6 pm for appetizers, then going somewhere more affordable for dinner.
Great food and great atmosphere – Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! My husband and I ate here while we were in Key West for a friend's wedding. The food was terrific and the service was great as well. It is pricey, but well worth the money. The decor is fairly formal, but the atmosphere is not "stuffy" by any means (is anything in Key West?!). I would definitely dine here again if I ever return to Key West.
Great food, great service – We came here on the recommendation of our hotel. They were right, this restaurant is great. We got a great seat out on the porch which had a beautiful view and really made our 1st evening. Our waiter could not have been nicer to us. Our food was excellent. This is a great place for a romantic evening that is nice and relaxing without too much formality, but the service and food is definitely right up there with the most formal and fancy of places.
