Before moving to North Port, I had zero knowledge of real estate at all. Being at Century 21 Sunbelt has corrected all that. I have had the opportunity to learn from the best real estate agents in the country. You could actually call them "legends" in this area. All the work and dedication i see on a daily basis changed me from thinking all agents were just rich people standing with their hands out, to individuals who work 24/7, work holidays and are late for family functions because they have a client. The pay is not equal to the time and trouble, I assure you. Not just anyone can be a real estate agent. I have met hundreds of clients...and I would feel qualified to say that around 80% are arrogant and impatient and take advantage of their buying/selling position. Where did people get the idea that agents make a fortune off of selling homes? After office fees, board fees, signs, business cards and advertising there is very little left to show for their months and months of effort.
