I had a great experience at Aastro after another shop tried to tell me the rattling sound I was hearing underneath my vehicle was coming from the transmission, but couldn't tell me what was causing it. The first shop disregarded my concern that it was a loose heat shield, and insisted I had a transmission issue. The technicians at Aastro took about an hour to locate the problem and fix it (a loose heat shield). Because it was a simple fix, they did it free of charge. Aastro on Ina has has great mechanics. They fixed my truck with the same level of care and dedication as they would have shown towards there own vehicle. This shop is very customer oriented.

Superior service in every way!!! Can't say enough good things about this very professional establishment. Patrick and Isabel treated me in a very caring manner and I felt as if my problem with my transmission was well understood by the mechanics. They worked very hard to find me an affordable solution for my van and kept me on budget. My van was returned to me freshly washed and vacuumed as well as repaired expertly. My highest recommendation.
