Always late. The dispatchers always misinform you of times and then are rude about it. Use if you like sitting around and waiting. Cheapest in town for a reason. That said, their drivers are awesome. Main issue is the dispatchers.

Just to inform you, we have changed all of the dispatcher's and they are trained now to be honest with the customer on how long the wait is. I am sorry that you had a bad experience and I can not explain why someone would lie to you about the wait time.
