Wouldn’t recommend this taxi agency to anyone. My son waited for services for a long time n on top of that they were very rude and racist, made people feel very uncomfortable- also the answering services are very unprofessional and rude DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE.
I will never use this cab company again. They are nowhere close to being profesional. I had a very bad experience with one of their drivers who was very rude and racist. I do not recommend this company not even if they were the only cab company in Mass.
Don’t go here!! Even if you are stuck stranded somewhere I advise you to walk. These people are ignorant and don’t know customer service at all.
Ive used them multiple times. They hire vets and immigrants. They are prompt courteous and reasonably priced.
