I had a great experience with Dr. Stevenson and staff. I was really anxious and he took time to talk to me and explain things to me. He was very gentle and thorough and timely.
Front desk staff seems miserable- I can't blame them. Technicians were helpful. Nothing extraordinary, but they were bright stars in a black void of professionalism. The real black hole was Dr Stevenson. Didn't bother to shake my hand. Walked in, said I was fine, and that was it. Didn't review my previous scans for comparison, wasn't emphatic to my pain, and dismissed my concerns.
