What a great experience! I recently moved to the neighborhood and stopped in to make an appointment. The office staff is professional, courteous, and customer focused. Dr. Gross and his team have created a wonderful environment and experience I have never seen in a dentist' office. The facility has all of the latest state of the art equipment. Dr. Gross is great because he's enthused about what he does and sincerely cares about his patients. He's also obviously bright, knowledgeable and talented!
My visit was great. The staff was very very friendly. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Gross was a pleasure to meet as well. I liked the honesty that was shown and how they were willing to work with me to accomplish my dental goals. I couldn't be happier having decided to switch dentist's to Dr. Gross.
