Dr. Gross always does a wonderful job. This time he took time to explain the procedure to me.
You really have to have a few visits to Dr. Gross to fully appreciate what he does. He honestly cares about each and every patient. He can work, talk to you and several associates all at the same time. He thinks on his feet which is a necessity in his business. If he tells you that something won't hurt, believe him, and he'll tell you when something will hurt briefly. It was my 1st time at the practice and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful and very knowledgeable. I am usually a little nervous but Lindsy made me very comfortable. I will come back.

Dr. Gross is great because he's enthused about what he does and sincerely cares about his patients. He's also obviously bright, knowledgeable and talented!
