I am usually seen in a timely manner. On this visit, I checked in before my appt., but the receptionist didn't notify the hygenist that I was there and I wasn't called until about 10 minutes after my appt. when the hygenist happened to look to see if I was in the office.I am also a little annoyed that staff talk about their experiences with other patients in the presence of patients, such as myself. It's all anonymous, but I don't want to hear it.
