OUTSTANDING!! Everyone is super nice and they ALL go well beyond the norm in delivering superb customer service. I have been a fearful patient my whole life, and Robin and Laura couldn't have made me feel more comfortable. The office staff were all friendly, professional and accomodating. Dr. Gross designed, produced and placed my bridge in 2 days- it is beautiful and really comfortable! The best is that I can whistle again!Great use of the latest technology. I have found my dentist!
Dr. Gross and his staff are excellent. He is not only extremely skilled with state of the art technology (and is an expert at using it), he is respectful, kind, cares about his patient and the work he does, and puts you at ease. He removed and replaced a back crown and it was painless and done in one visit. I only wish I had been going to him before a coworker referred me to him 2 years ago. Amazing.
