If you are the type to feel anxious at the dentist, this is your place. A very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Sad to admit its the first dentist that hasn't made me feel so anxious that i want to cry.
I began going to Dr. Gross shortly after he opened his practice about 8 years ago. It was convenient as it was just across the street from my house. I was so pleased with the entire staff. Everyone, from Dr. Gross to his hygenist's, office team and assistants are so friendly. I have a job that often requires last minute travel and therefore, interruptions in my life. I went to another dentist that overcharged me and did crappy work. Dr. Gross and his staff made me feel welcome and calm. I just got my 2nd cleaning with them and couldn't be happier. It's a great place to go! They are genuine and make you comfortable.
Two days ago,I had two teeth removed at Dr. Gross's office where he was assisted by two or three members of his staff. Memories of my childhood visits to the dentist were of one kindly old man with a VERY slow drill in a green visibly sterile environment humming occasionally, discussing fishing (yeah, like Bill Cosby.)Dr.Gross and his staff are very professional, yet informal, bantering back and forth, often including the patient.They don't dress in scrubs and white shoes, but everyday clothes and sneakers;another comforting... read more
