My first visit was great. I arrived on time, completed some paperwork, and went right in (no wait)! My hygenist Robin was thorough, skilled and personable. When she finished, Dr. Gross saw me (no wait!), and was quick to assess my history and current problem areas. They have modern equipment, spotless facilities, and everyone on the staff was very attentive (even though a first-time patient, they all knew my name!) I may even begin to look forward to going to the dentist now!
Dr. Gross and the staff at Whitneyville Dental are excellent! I was in the office for an emergency vist to have a filling replaced and found that I had another tooth that needed work as well. Dr. Gross fixed both teeth during the visit eliminating the need for an additional appointment. I left the office pain free and extremely happy with the service I was provided. Dr. Gross is excellent. He makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I hate going to the dentist, but with him its so easy and he is so funny and calming.
My experience today was just as excellent as all my visits to Dr. Gross's office. He is professional and caring. Always try to find the least complicated and costly fix. His staff are wonderful too.
Replaced a cracked filling all the way in the back on the bottom in no time. Fast and painless - best kind of dental experience!
