I recently broke a tooth that had a large filling in it. I was very worried that I was going to need a crown and worried about the cost of a crown and difficulty of a root canal. Thankfully Dr. Gross got me in quick and was able to rebuild the tooth using by far the coolest piece of machinery I have ever seen. He removed the filling, scanned the tooth and then used the computer to cut a piece of porcelain exactly the size and shape of the broken away filling and tooth. I always have a great experience at the office. Everyone seems happy and conversational, both with me and with eachother, which lightens the mood of being at the dentist. I love having the same hygienist each visit. Dr. Gross is such a charismatic person, and takes the time to educate me on what he's talking about in reference to my teeth. Also, I floss now, and I never did before despite knowing the importance. I think it's because this was the first office that wasn't preachy and guilt-trippy. I'm always seen right on the scheduled time, people are always very friendly & efficient. (I also get appointment reminders via text & email, which is helpful.) I've never needed any complicated work or major procedures, but their routine care is first-rate.
Love the staff, love the Doctor, love the facilities. The only reason not to go there is so I don't have to wait long for an appointment.
Always have a pleasant experience with Dr. Gross and his staff!
I do not live in the area so it is a bit out of my way to travel to New Haven. Yet, the trip is well worth it because of the superior service I receive once I arrive. The staff is first-rate and truly seem to care for one another. All in all, doctor & staff do an outstanding job.
