Loretta, the Property Manager, is one of the most caring individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She genuinely cares about her residents.
My husband and l, for the past 4 years we love it so much we are staying another year. Sean, Loretta and the are so sweet it is one big happy family. L must Mr. Sean runs this building with grace and will do anything to help and that is great Coming from New York City girl that’s a great honor
Very affordable and nice place.. always quick to fix anything that may need fixing. Lived here for two years never had any problems with neighbors or management and beautiful lake in the middle.
I love living here. Loretta is so warm, friendly, professional and available! Talking to her is like talking to a friend you've known for many years. She really goes to bat for you and never makes a promise she can't keep. Shawn is also a true professional and perfectionist about his work. He's super friendly and stays until the job is done right. Both of these individuals make living here a great experience!
I have lived here for 10 months , this is seriously the best place I have lived in Florida The location is amazing - 2 minutes from all my needs.. The maintenance staff is amazing. On a Saturday morning one of my windows was shattered. , they literally had it replaced within two hours, and I was able to leave and actually do the things I needed to do that day because they were so efficient Loretta, the manager wants this to be a clean, safe, and comfortable community.. and it is. I will for sure be continuing my lease.

I have lived at Aaron Lake Apartments for about 4 years and have made some great friends. It's a very pretty complex and Loretta (the leasing agent) is just as accommodating as she can be. Shawn (the maintenance man) works his tail off. Both are very polite and do their best to make the residents happy. I am only leaving because I'm moving with my boyfriend to be closer to his mom who lost her husband this past July. Aaron Lake is a great place to live and I highly recommend it.
I have lived here for 4.5 years and have loved it. I am very happy, yet sad to leave due to family priorities. Shawn and Loretta have been very gracious toward me and have always followed through with expectations. I will also comment that they both work very hard to create a comfortable environment for us residents. I find all neighbors to be fine, shawn cordial and no homeless people. Sincerely, Brett Zink
