under new management things are getting done. Three buildings roofed. 100 units renovated. new cupboards, countertops, sinks in kitchen & baths. New lighting fixtures & fans. New appliances. Carpeting being replaced. Pool resurfaced. Pool deck to be resurfaced soon. Previous owners & Property Management did NOTHING.

Loretta the manager is so sweet and helpful. She made sure to address any concern I brought to her. And the maintenance man was kind and friendly, as well. So I was very happy with the customer service aspect. The apartments themselves are outdated and pretty basic, but considering the higher cost of living the Bradenton area is, they are very decent apartments to live in for the price. The apartments are nice and I like going to the workout room and the pool and I like the fountain in the Lake .It's a nice place to live.
Great place to live great view nice people and the staff is great they were always willing to help with anything I recommend living here if your looking for a great apartment!
I’ve lived here since 2008 and love it. Nice well maintained small quiet able to come home from work and relax knowing every thing is safe. Thanks for all you do
I am in my 2nd year living at Aaron Lake Apartments & am very happy here. Loretta is a very friendly manager & ready to help with any issues. Shawn is always ready to tackle maintenance problems. The grounds are beautifully cared for making it a peaceful place to stay,
