Love it here at Aaron Lake Apartments I simply love Aaron Lake Apartments. There are a lot of long term residents and they are fantastic. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the management is great.
Beautiful Property Aaron Lake Apartments are a very nice place to live. The landscaping is beautiful. The new patios throughout the property really make it feel private homes. The management has been terrific and maintenance issues are addressed almost immediately.
Accept Dogs Aaron Lake apartments are one of the only apartments that I could find to accept big dogs. I personally had a dog that was over 60 pounds and they only required a deposit at that time I lived their. The location is pretty good and the units include stackable w/d and water. Typically they have some type of special too like one month free or whatnot.
Best Apartments in Bradenton I've said it a thousand times, these are the best apartments in Bradenton. BY FAR! Great people live here....that can't be said about many of the other places I've lived.
Spacious one bedrooms Aaron Lakes apartments are not my first choice for apartments in Bradenton. Aaron Lakes offers both one and two bedroom floorplans with washer and dryer in both units. The one bedrrom is really spacious with a large bedroom and a nice small balcony or patio. The two bedroom / two bath floorplan is more like a one bedroom with a den. The master bedroom is huge but the spare bedroom is barely large enough for a twin bed and a night stand. They also accept large pets.
Barb N 10 stars. The owners are wonderful, the staff is excellent. If you have a maintance issue it is taken care of immediatley. The grounds, pool and lake are well maintaned and the residents are kind and well behaved. I lived here 18 years ago and came back 1 year ago and am happy to be home again.

under new management things are getting done. Three buildings roofed. 100 units renovated. new cupboards, countertops, sinks in kitchen & baths. New lighting fixtures & fans. New appliances. Carpeting being replaced. Pool resurfaced. Pool deck to be resurfaced soon. Previous owners & Property Management did NOTHING.
