Dr Grand is a great professional. He always explains things clearly and listens. He answers my questions thoroughly and his staff is polite and courteous.
From start to finish the office is fast, very patient oriented and efficient.
He was very understanding, and listened to what I had to say. He took the time and explained what he was gonna to do to address my problems. I would refer him anyone with hand or arm problems.
Dr. Grand reviewed my X-rays and did a thorough examination of my hand. He was clear with my diagnosis and spent time explaining and answering questions. I feel confident in his recommendations and treatment.

Dr Grand has a great personality and he's good at determining what the issues are and offering appropriate treatment. He discusses your condition with you to be sure you understand what is going on and what your treatment options are. I never feel rushed or unsure of my options. I highly recommend Dr. grand. I was very pleased with my visit today.
What is extra special about Dr. Grand is how he listens to you. He makes recommendations about treatment and engages you in the decision. He also is open to new ideas. His preference is to treat conservatively, such as physical therapy, braces, medications. He also offers hypnosis as a treatment option. Surgery is offered as a last resort. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Grand is wonderful! We love his sense of humor and his professionalism and expertise.
I’m a return patient of Dr Grand. This is because he listens AND does great work! Today, I had multiple complaints. He addressed them all. His staff (receptionist, x-ray tech, nurse, and fill-in surgery scheduler) were all very nice.
