They don't appear to over book appointments, on Friday I arrived early and was actually seen, treated and on my way home before I was scheduled.

These people love their jobs and are the best of the best and it shows ! Best Dr / surgical experience I have ever had hands down . Highly recommended!!!
There was a fairly long wait to see the Dr, but the appointment was satisfactory. Dr Grand was very pleasant and helpful with my situation.
For the first time in many years of waiting for health care providers, I only waited about 10 minutes before being called back to an exam room. When Dr. Grand came in, we briefly discussed my trigger finger symptoms. Within five minutes, I was done after having received a quick cortisone shot. I would highly recommend both Dr. Grand and this practice.
I was being cared for within minutes of my scheduled time. Dr. Grand is very personable, he makes you laugh and feel comfortable. And he listens to you.
He listens to the patient and makes explanations to inform about treatment plans.
All six employees (one by phone) whom I had contact with, were friendly, competent and good communicators, including Dr. Grand.
Everyone in the office is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
