There was a fairly long wait to see the Dr, but the appointment was satisfactory. Dr Grand was very pleasant and helpful with my situation.
For the first time in many years of waiting for health care providers, I only waited about 10 minutes before being called back to an exam room. When Dr. Grand came in, we briefly discussed my trigger finger symptoms. Within five minutes, I was done after having received a quick cortisone shot. I would highly recommend both Dr. Grand and this practice.
I was being cared for within minutes of my scheduled time. Dr. Grand is very personable, he makes you laugh and feel comfortable. And he listens to you.
He listens to the patient and makes explanations to inform about treatment plans.
All six employees (one by phone) whom I had contact with, were friendly, competent and good communicators, including Dr. Grand.
Everyone in the office is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Dr Grand was not only very knowledgeable but also provided a pleasant experience. He and his staff were not only very thorough but prompt and on time. Great experience! It is a shame all practices do not follow his path.
I seen Dr Grand for Carpal Tunnel procedure. He answered all of my numerous questions and educated me on the procedure.. I’ve dealt with Doctors that are a little numb when it comes to explaining things. Dr Grand is not one of them. Very pleasant experience for what it is. Thanks Doc
Dr. Aaron Grand worked on both my hands today and I am very happy with the results. I trust Dr. Grand. He does not push surgery on you when he has other techniques that will help as much as surgery. Very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Aaron Grand!
