Office staff was very friendly, short wait for appointment. Dr Grand listened to my complaint, explained a few things about my condition and treated it all within 15 minutes. I had seen him a few years ago for a different problem and knew that he was the one to see. Highly recommend.
I had suffered a misdiagnosis of severe bone bruising and a broken hand and wrist (from an unaffiliated ER). Dr. Grand merely had to examine the bones for a second and informed me that they were broken. I felt comfortable with his knowledge, great sense of humor, down to earth personality and his ability to assist me with use of my hand and wrist! Dr Grand is wonderful, personable, gentle, proficient and very gentle when working with broken thumbs! Has an excellent bedside manner and is very good at what he does. Would highly recommend him!
