I’m a return patient of Dr Grand. This is because he listens AND does great work! Today, I had multiple complaints. He addressed them all. His staff (receptionist, x-ray tech, nurse, and fill-in surgery scheduler) were all very nice.
Really listens to my concerns. Where my pain is coming from and has different options for me to choose from to address the issue.
