Dr.Creek saved my life, had to have emergency spine surgery
Dr. Creek does good work, and I have been satisfied with the care I’ve received from him directly. However, the billing department has been a consistent and frustrating issue. On four separate occasions, my services were billed to my personal insurance instead of the VA, despite clear instructions and authorization. I have personally spoken with Whitney, the billing manager, multiple times to resolve this. The staff was kind and efficient the doctor was professional and very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Creek to anyone suffering with neck and back pain.
Dr. Creek is a great surgeon and gets the job done. His staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!
I went from having excruciating pain every day all day, which were limiting everything I could do…. Dr. Creek did major surgery from T9 all the way to S1 with rods and screws. I am 100% pain-free and I have my life back. He is truly amazing from an office visit through surgery and back again. I have recommended him and will continue to do so for people to have an excellent & Wonderful experience as I did.
