Everyone involved in my care from the time I checked in until I left was extremely kind and attentive. And the teamwork was outstanding!
Dr. Baltz was very professional and understanding . The staff was great! I highly recommend this practice.
I've seen Dr Baltz twice now and find him to be caring and compassionate during procedures that are less than comfortable. :). He takes care in delivering results. His team both times helped me feel more comfortable before, during and after the procedures.
Care giver's where very polite and made me feel comfortable,and Dr. Baltz came in to see how I was doing before the procedure and came back after it was over to check also, said it was good to see me and take care I thought that was nice.
Dr. Baltz is not only an awesome doctor he is also a wonderful person. I was VERY nervous about being sedated for a recent colonoscopy. He took the time prior to my procedure to talk to me and put me at ease. I also need to add that Dr. Wilson the anesthesiologist was also fantastic as well as the entire nursing staff. Everyone I had contact with put me at ease and did their best to make my colonoscopy a positive experience.
Dr. Baltz interacts with you not just as a patient but as a person.
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Baltz for the first time. Iwas impressed with his expertise, his willingness to answer questions, and the clarity of his explanations. He put me at ease and I look forward to working with him in future.
