All staff were friendly and helpful, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. I have had concerning results in the past so am multiple repeat patient. No need to look for another GI doctor or facility. Very happy.

Excellent staff. Dr. Baltz knows my medical history very well, therefore is always prepared to answer my questions deal with any new issues that I may be dealing with. Extremely knowledgeable. Easy to talk to regarding any medical issues that I may be dealing with. In conclusion, Dr Baltz is an excellent physician. They don't get any better!
This Dr and health group make you comfortable and educated in procedures most people put off way too long. Very happy with communication between Dr and myself too.
I could write a book about how great GI Assoc. is and Dr. Baltz. When you check in you meet a pleasant receptionist. When you go to meet the nurses they are so nice and don’t make you feel embarrassed for what’s about to happen. They talk about other things and keep your mind off of the procedure. I actually had fun. This includes the recovery nurse as well. All 3 of them were always smiling. They all know what they’re doing and take care of you. Dr. Baltz is the best. The staff is great. Dr. Baltz takes the time to explain. I come every 2 years for medical reasons. I consider it my spa day.
I feel very comfortable with Dr. Baltz. Explain things I feel like it’s a learning experience and enjoy the visit.
