Going in for my first colonoscopy was already an uncomfortable feeling. The staff at GI Associates really took care of me from the start when I booked my appointment. They reached out a week and even days before my appointment to assure all questions were answered and walked me through the procedure on what to expect. The medical teamwork that made this visit efficient. Each person knew their role and coordinated with each other as needed.

Every person that I came into contact with during my procedure was excellent.All of the staff was super professional and caring.
Dr Baltz put me at ease right away. He explained my procedure in detail in a friendly and comforting way. He assured me that I was in good capable hands. The entire staff were very nice and professional and made me comfortable and relaxed. I would definently recommend Dr Baltz and the entire staff.
Dr. Baltz answers all your questions so you understand your illness, treatment, etc. Never feel he is rushing through his time with you. His staff is always friendly.
Everyone there from the front desk check in person to the nurses, techs and the physicians were very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Baltz did a great job of talking through the test and his findings afterwards. He genuinely cares about his patients!
He spent lots of time with me and answered my questions. He did not support a superior attitude which makes it easy to and not feel inadequate.
Nice bedside manner! Explains things clearly and answers questions. I trust him!
