This was my first colonoscopy, and I was extremely nervous. He put me at ease and answered all of my questions. After the procedure, he came back and explained everything to me so I understood fully what was going on. Very kind with a great bedside manner would definitely recommend him for your next procedure.
Dr Baltz and everyone at GI Associates are great ! They all listen to your concerns and make you feel comfortable . I have been going there for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else !
All I can say is it was the most painless procedure I’ve had. ALL the staff were amazing.

Dr came to visit before and after the short procedure. He was friendly and reassuring. Shook my hand both times which was for some reason comforting. The staff was also reassuring to me, so very nice and supportive. I'll have t I do it again in 5 years. Hopefully with the same place and people. I guess you can tell I give them 2 thumbs up.
My experience with GI Associates was perfect in every way. Dr. Baltz is a most pleasant, kind, caring and authentic physician with one of the best bedside manners I've ever encountered. Facility is great, caring staff...perfect..and this is my second visit. Perfect just like the first. I highly recommend.
The visit was pleasant as so was the bedside manner of everyone at GI Associates. I plan to continue further screenings at GI Associates.
Dr. Baltz was respectful, kind and (believe it or not) cheerful at my colonoscopy. He provided a very detailed explanation of his findings in layman’s terms. His staff and the anesthesiologist worked extremely well as a team, and were concerned with keeping me comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Baltz to anyone looking for a gastroenterologist
Dr. Baltz is amazing! He took the time to listen to me before the exam and to explain what was going to be done. Also came in post exam to give me results. Excellent bedside manner. Would highly recommend him.Shout out to all the nurses that I had who took great care of me. Mary, Sarah, Molly, and Erin. Also the anesthesiologist, who unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but it started with the letter K. Nice job to all of you. Your kindness shows how much you enjoy your job.
