Terrible communicator. Doesn't return calls. He installed a drain pan for me improperly leading to a leak in my ceiling flooding a bedroom. I have text him and called several times to discuss and try to work this out but he simply ignores me. I was surprised at this and though more of him than this. Very unprofessional and poor character.
