I have been a patient of this doctor for at least five years and possibly longer. They did not make me aware of their COVID 19 policy until I was halfway through my yearly checkup to get my eyes examined for new contacts. I answered their incoming survey truthfully, that I had the virus but was several days past the CDC recommended quarantine period.
