Found DrAgha to be knowledgeable and professional. Felt he understood my issues very well and explained his plan of care going forward in an easy to understand manner. Very pleased to have him as my doctor.
Had a upper and lower colonoscopy at the Flower mound location. He discovered not 1 , not 2 but 3 problems that I had . Thanks to Dr. Agha , I don't have to worry about choking on food anymore. Also , on the lower colonoscopy , he took out 2 polyps. I am so relieved !
Dr. Agha has performed multiple upper and lower GIs over a number of years. I have found him to be highly accomplished and communicates very well. Very frank and detailed medical conversations are reassuring.
Dr. Agha performed my annual colonoscopy and endoscopy. Several meetings took place before and after the procedures. He did an excellent job and kept me well informed on aspects of the procedure. I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor for gastrointestinal concerns and highly recommend him and his team.
After 7 years of going to this office I find I must change Doctors. The new PA is not responsive to a patients needs. I had to cancel an appt after being ill for 6 weeks, due to that same illness. I requested she call me with the test results. She left for the day. I talked to the front desk person, they said they would pull my chart and call me. no call. I requested forms for my records to be emailed, so far, nothing. Oh, and they denied a prescription refill.
Beware! I am on a high-deductible health insurance plan. In 2019, my daughter had a baby boy. She had preeclampsia and spent 3 nights in the hospital. In 2020, I had a 20-minute procedure by Dr. Agha. Guess whose bill was higher? Yep. Days before the colonoscopy, I received a call stating that my responsibility would be $367. But now, months later, I'm told my out of pocket will be $5200. My insurance company has so far received $24,679 in bills from Dr Agha, the clinic he uses, and the anesthesiologists he uses. After being treated by Dr. Agha for a year that resulted in a loss of almost 50 lbs and always being anemic, I left this doctor. Within a month of being under another Gastroenterologist, my Crohn's went into remission and I am still in remission more than a year later. While under Dr Ahga, because of my illness, I eventually lost my job because I could not handle my daily duties....more than half my day was spent in the bathroom. Because of this terrible experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Agha.
