The general manager, Mike, is such a nice guy! I was getting the run around on a transmission issue from the dealership I had to go to per my extended warranty. Mike had his tech perform a tranny diagnostic and gave me peace of mind that the transmission issue wasn't all in my head (like the other place was treating me). He even called the dealership when the service director there was not listening to me. Went in for a minor issue and was taken care of immediately and for less than I would have expected. Will turn to them again next time regardless of extent of service necessary.
They explained what was wrong with my vehicle and made me feel comfortable.

Very pleased with the service Mike gave, I am a student going into the automotive field so I removed my transmission and brought it to him, he told he there was one in front of mine, So he would give me a call later the next day (Thursday), Well I know how things go I didn't get the call on Thursday but I got it first thing Friday morning, He gave me an option Replace the shift fork with no warranty, or just do a rebuild and have the warranty, I went with just replacing the shift fork, He told me It would be done early next ... read more

They are so quick in finding the problem and explaining it well to me. Mike also is very respecful and very helpful in his job and great with customer service.
