Damage my transmission and lied and said they fixed it
Gated lot. No help!!!
Worse service charge me for nothing kept my car a hole month and charged me for holding fees upwards of 1200 dollars and said it cause of snow cracked my windshield and scratched my bumper my car was sitting bumper to bumper with another like they don’t care don’t ever get work here they over charge and bs and will mess your car up and say it’s nothing there
Had the worst experience coming here I don’t know what front desk guy Problem is but very rude and won’t explain things so customer to understand the work that they’re getting done to their car I will highly recommend better customer service on phone and in person customer service is everything . Quoted Me $150.00 (which was ok) over the phone to look at the car call me 2 weeks later to tell me the problem. I come to get the car he say $250 I’m like where did $250.00 come from he and I quote “the test took an he” well that’s not my problem then he says I’m lucky I didn’t get charged a storage fee unprofessional at its finest. My rating is actually 0 stars. Way cheaper places around with better customer overall service.
