UPDATE: After reaching out to Nick the owner he has resolved all of my issues regarding customer service. He has taken action to both reimburse us for our extra expenses due to extended time in the shop as well as extended the warranty on the work that was completed on the clutch. I took in my 2016 Jeep Patriot when the clutch went out on it around April 20th. I had an improperly installed windshield leading to the flooding of my fuse box. Kevin, an AAMCO manager, made sure that company fixed the issue instead of blowing me off because they couldn't find the leak. He took a team member of said company through a car wash with my car to prove I wasn't crazy. Thank you so much!
My ex that was making payments on a car for 3 years and took it to this shop apparently. I was never made aware of it being there or any issues until I received a tow bill in the amount of 580 for an abandoned vehicle. There is a lien against the vehicle. All payments have been made on time so there wasn’t a reason to believe there were any issues. There was no attempt at contacting the registered owner or written notice sent. My car broke down and I towed it to this Aamco after discussing my issue on the phone with them. I followed their recommendation, the price they charged me was very high, but needed the car back ASAP. What I got back was a complete disaster. My motor is sputtering, the whole car is vibrating, motor sounds like it is dying. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
