Had my truck there a day and half, did all kinds of test just to make sure, only issue is that Jiffy Lube didn't add in new oil as it was 4 qts low. Only charged me for oil change! Legit operation, great trustworthy manager!
Excellent and honest service. I took my car to the dealership and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Nick and Dave diagnosed the problem right away. Also, thank you to Kevin for coordinating and communicating throughout the repair!
I took my vehicle to AAMCO after the Honda dealership told me it would be four weeks before they would even look at my issue. They correctly diagnosed my issue and gave me options to consider. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.
UPDATE: After reaching out to Nick the owner he has resolved all of my issues regarding customer service. He has taken action to both reimburse us for our extra expenses due to extended time in the shop as well as extended the warranty on the work that was completed on the clutch. I took in my 2016 Jeep Patriot when the clutch went out on it around April 20th.
