Brought my car into the 6th avenue south location to get it checked out because I was having some transmission problems. They not only fixed my transmission, but they also fixed an oil pan leak that I had been having for some time. Excellent customer service and the staff was courteous and helpful. I would most definitely recommend south side AAMCO to my friends and family.
I received great customer service from the staff at AAMCO transmissions. New to the area, I was unsure where to take my car when I started experiencing transmission issues, but I will continue to bring my car to AAMCO for all my car care needs. The staff was helpful in answering all my questions, saved me a bunch of money, and fixed my car in a timely fashion. I would recommend AAMCO on 6th Avenue South to all my friends.
I recently had car trouble and took my car to Aamco on 6th Avenue South. Because I am female, I usually feel as though repair shops take advantage of me not knowing about cars. Bourke Thomas patiently answered all of my questions and explained repairs in detail before proceeding. I am very appreciative of the service that I received. Will go back!
Great customer service. I was told by another shop that I needed a new transmission. AAMCO downtown fixed it with a solonoid. This shop was honest and I will never forget it. I am telling everyone that honest people still exist.........
