Brought my car in for an A/C repair on a Thursday and waited four days with almost no updates. When I returned Monday, the car was parked outside the fenced shop and had not been repaired. I took it elsewhere, and another mechanic diagnosed and fixed the issue in under three hours. Very disappointed with the communication and service.

Went in for transmission issues I was having with my Ford Fiesta and they had me in and out in about 15 minutes with a perfectly working car! Curtiss was extremely helpful. Thank you!
Service was really good they are knowledgeable, I had a broken transmission cable and I'm from out of state, I told him , he said he had to call around to find the cable , but in no time the mechanic had the cable putting it in , out in 25 minutes , the cost was out ragious $500 for a cable ,but the service and people were amazing, I had no other option but to pay or pay a hotel and wait until another shop will work on it , and it may of cost more or cheaper some where else , but ,$500 for a small cable half hours work ????
