I recently bought a 80+ year-old house. The furnace was a cheaper model on the older side with a few issues in the wiring and the chimney and ductwork had some problems. The technician (I think his name was Adam) came out and very quickly identified and fixed the problems with the furnace/ducts/chimney. Despite my zero knowledge of HVAC, he was able to explain the problems such that I could understand without making me feel dumb. Adam did a great job for us. Reasonable prices, very responsive. But most importantly he gave us the information to fix the problem ourselves on the July 4th holiday, when he couldn't come. Great guy!
