The worst inspector I have dealt with hands down. Missed big ticket items on my inspection. I have spoke with Brad twice and texted twice trying to come to an agreement of some kind. I keep being told I need to look at my report then I will call you tomorrow. Another week passes it always an excuse I was busy family stuff.
