Will have to replace the floors due to a leak that was missed in the inspection. Had to have leak detection come out yesterday and a plumber now to fix the issue. Then a flooring company to redo the floors. Very disappointed that this was missed. It is visible without tearing up the floors. So is the other leak I can visibly see in the ceiling from the spotted area. Furthermore, no hot water works in any of the bathrooms. Maybe that’s not something that’s included in a home inspection.
Brad Mathas arrived at the appointed date and time. He did a VERY thorough inspection that included easy to understand terms, and photos to backup his findings. He came highly recommended to me by a local real estate agent, who stated, “This is the guy that I would want to inspect my own home prior to a purchase!”. Extremely pleased with this company and their service, and I would recommend them to friends and family.
