Birmingham Water Works claimed it never received the required annual Backflow Inspection report although AABCO said it was submitted twice. BWW sent me 3 letters about issue and was about to turn my water off until I submitted my copy. I contacted AABCO after 2 months when AABCO had not deposited my check and was told a child had torn it up. I mailed it another check and was later surprised to learn my original undamaged check was deposited after mailing in the second check. I asked that AABCO return the second check which I... read more
Ghosted us after taking our check and paperwork but not sending it on to BWW. Now they are dodging phone calls and emails. Very unprofessional. Never again.
I have been dealing with Caleb at Aabco for several years for a Backflow test for the Birmingham Water Works Board on our property. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, timely, and very responsive. Also the pricing is excellent! I encourage everyone to use his services. Darlene
